When I got to the service area, Craig and his crew delivered an exceptional service for my vehicle. They showed real dedication to customer care and were super professional. They even went the extra mile to set up my car for servicing and arranged a rental for me to get to work and finish my shift. "Fantastic Service Experience"
I had a fantastic service experience! Thomas was super friendly and really helpful. I took a test drive at about 9:45 AM, made an EFT deposit, filled out some forms, and left the showroom by 10:10 AM. Thomas took care of all the necessary paperwork and got in touch later to let me know the vehicle was ready for pickup at 2:00 PM. After I made the payment and signed a few more papers, I was out the door by 2:20 PM. This kind of service is top-notch, and a big shoutout to everyone at Motorama Hillcrest - Many thanks, Roy!

"Service Nightmare"
Last year, I purchased a car and wanted to disable the automatic locking feature. We could have it serviced nearby, but only the dealer could handle the locking issue. I checked with them verbally and made an appointment. I even got an email saying they would take care of it during the next service. Before the appointment, I confirmed again, and they assured me they had set aside extra time to fix the automatic locking. I double-checked when I dropped off the vehicle. My wife and I ended up losing 4 hours of pay just shuffling cars to get this locking issue sorted. But when we picked up the car, they hadn’t done the work at all! Yet, they still charged us the full amount that included the service.
Update 17 Sep 2022: I’ve been waiting a week for replies to my emails and calls to sort this out. Motorama, where are you?
Update 5 Oct 2022: The service manager reached out a week ago, but nothing has been fixed, and I haven’t heard back since.

"Just bought a car!"
I just bought a car and the whole experience was quick and straightforward. They assisted me in getting the vehicle I desired. One thing I’d recommend is to make sure that anything you agree on verbally is also documented in writing. All in all, it was a fantastic experience.

"Visit on a Friday"
On the 10th of September, I was informed to bring my car in on the 15th at 10:15 AM for a mechanic to check if it needed a rear main seal replacement before they could schedule the major repair. I was assured that once I arrived with the vehicle, the inspection would be quick, and I’d be out in about thirty minutes. However, when I showed up today at the agreed time, I was told that the inspection wouldn’t happen for several hours. I had taken time off work for this. What a total waste of time! There were plenty of frustrated customers around too. Is this how they usually operate? The dealer has my contact info.

"Only giving one star because I had to..."
Only giving one star because I had to keep things moving on this site. Bought a demo car back in May 2019. Since it was a demo, its first service happened earlier than expected. But the computer settings weren’t reset. Just a lack of attention to detail, you know? This got sorted out at HSV in Townsville. Right now, we’re facing issues with the paint protection on the car, but sadly, Motorama Springwood seems pretty uninterested in helping us out with this issue, which, by the way, is still under warranty. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, nor would I ever buy another vehicle from them.

"Poor Support from Mitsubishi Moorooka"

4/12/19. I own a 2003 Pajero and was trying to find out where the front AC relay is located. They told me they couldn’t help and that I’d have to pay for a technician (ka-ching!). I’m really let down by the lack of assistance shown, especially since I’ve purchased two new Pajeros in the past. This feels like a real slap in the face... Heads up to all future Mitsubishi buyers!!!!

"Disappointment at Motorama Browns Plains"
I was really let down by Motorama Browns Plains. Took my car in March, and I've been a regular since I got it. The last time they had my vehicle, it sat there all day without being touched until 2 PM, and then they handed it back at 5 PM, charging me a whopping $409 for labor. It's just outrageous! Who charges that much for three hours of work? They claimed my car wasn’t under warranty, even though it’s only two years old. Plus, they scratched the paint down to the metal, about the size of a 50-cent piece! Their prices are sky-high, and the service is just terrible. After at least five visits, I’ve finally switched to another company. Let me tell you, the customer value they promise is definitely not delivered.

"The Only Dealer We'll Trust for Our Cars"
This is the only dealer we’ll choose for buying or servicing our vehicle. We traded in a Pajero for a SV6 Commodore. The trade-in deal was reasonable, and Julian's service was top-notch. He didn’t pressure us at all, just super friendly without being too much. After dealing with other dealers, it felt like a breath of fresh air! When we picked up the Commodore, he took his time showing us how to use the navigation system and everything. Julian's service is truly impeccable. We’re planning to buy a car for our daughter soon, and Julian will be our first stop. Thanks to him, we’ll only get our cars serviced at Motorama.
